To require the person who issues a surety bond to a immigration clerical assistant to also notify the county prosecuting attorney 30 days before canceling the surety. Under <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-4983">current law</a>, such notice must be given to the Department of Labor and Economic Growth.
