Re-open Tienken Road

To allow the county road commission in Oakland or Wayne County to transfer jurisdiction of a road from a local unit of government to the road commission if the road had been blocked for more than six months without a compelling reason and/or the blockage provides a significant health, safety, or welfare concern. The bill refers in particular to Tienken Road, which the city of Auburn Hills has blocked at the border of Rochester Hills in Oakland County.
