Restrict disclosure of nonpublic personal financial information

To prohibit savings banks from disclosing or sharing nonpublic personal financial information about an individual without his or her prior and specific informed consent, in writing. The bill also establishes a number of regulations and disclosure requirements regarding the release, use or sharing of such information.
