Ban public distribution of test results in schools

To require school districts to adopt a privacy policy that prohibits distributing a graded examination, report, or paper in a way that allows it to be handled by another student; having a student grade another student's examination, report, or paper; or posting a behavior chart that can be seen by an entire classroom of students.
