Authorize enhanced penalty for sporting event disturbance to authorize enhanced penalties of up to 93 days in jail and a $500 fine for a person who excites a disturbance at a stadium, coliseum, arena, or any other place where people are gathered for a sporting event. These penalties would be on top of any for the underlying offence(s).
