Mandate school physical and health education hours

To mandate that public schools provide at least 30 minutes of physical education twice a week and 60 minutes of health education each week to children in grades K-5; 45 minutes of physical education daily and 150 minutes of health education weekly in grades 6-8; and 45 minutes physical education daily and 225 minutes of health education weekly in grades 9-12. Schools would be required to maintain the same teacher to student ratio for these activities as for regular classes.
