Mandate certain used car dealer refunds

To require auto dealers to accept the return of a used car found to have a defect for up to 15 days after the sale, unless the defect was disclosed in writing before the sale. The dealer would have to either fix the car or give a full refund. There is no reference in the bill to how many miles may have been put on the car by the customer.
