Revise land split restrictions

Introduced in the House

June 15, 2005

Introduced by Rep. Joe Hune (R-47)

To establish that if a parcel of land that is split off of a larger parcel will remain perpetually in an undeveloped state under a conservation easement or similar legal mechanism, then it does not count as one the “splits” that are allowed without having to undertake the creation of an official subdivision.
