Require Blue Cross Blue Shield forensic audit

To require an independent forensic audit on Blue Cross Blue Shield. This non-profit entity exists due to various state laws, and controls most of Michigan’s health insurance market. The purpose of a forensic audit is the prevention, detection and investigation of economic crime in the public sector, while a financial audit focuses on the accuracy of financial reports.
