Require Medicaid vs. Medicare reimbursement rate reports

To require the Department of Community Health to report each year to the legislature on the difference between the reimbursement rates paid to health professionals and facilities under the Medicaid program, which pays for health care expenses incurred by low income individuals, and Medicare, which covers health care for the elderly and is not based on income levels. The reimbursement rates are generally higher for Medicare.
