To mandate that if a retail purchaser of gasoline must purchase another product or meet any other requirements (such as a car wash) to receive a posted gas price, the gas station must post on its sign a description of the requirements, in 5-inch type, or type at least half the size of the gas price numerals, whichever is larger.
