Expand required no-fault insurance benefits

To expand the required no fault auto insurance policy to cover transportation expenses incurred in obtaining care, recovery, or rehabilitation. The reimbursement rate would be 30-cents per mile, or the rate the insurer pays to its own employees for work-related travel.
