To require the Department of Environmental Quality to post on a web site details regarding all water discharge permits, including the name of the permittee; the location of the discharge; the waters or land area, or both, receiving the discharge; the volume of the discharge; and the content of the discharge, including the types and amounts of substances being discharged.
