Require government vehicle use disclosures

To require that local governments file annual reports with the state containing details on taxpayer-funded vehicles. These details would be posted on the internet, and would include the type of vehicle, the price paid (or lease amount), the annual mileage driven, which employees are authorized to use them, and the name of the supervisor in charge of each vehicle.
