To authorize payments to health care providers from the crime victim compensation fund for the health care costs incurred by crime victims. The bill requires payments for a number of specified health care costs incurred by sexual assault victims, including tests, medical exams, etc., unless the victim voluntarily decides to have his or her own insurance billed.
