Passed in the Senate 36 to 2 (details)

To prohibit and provide penalties of up to 93 days in jail for a person who operates a vehicle in which a sexually explicit image is being displayed. The image must be visible to someone within 100 feet who is incapable of taking reasonable action to avoid it (for example, being stuck in a traffic jam behind a car with an adult video playing inside). It would be a violation if, even knowing this, the person displaying the material does not turn it off.
