Impose licensure on speech-language therapists

To require licensure and regulation of speech-language therapists, and impose $75 annual license fees. The bill would create a Michigan Board of Speech-Language Pathology to establish licensure and competence assessment requirements licensees. Speech-language therapists treat disorders of human communication.
