A Fiscal Year (FY) 2005-2006 school aid budget proposal. This would increase per-pupil foundation grants to individual school districts, and make other adjustments. Among other things the bill would increase the grants to schools that currently get more than $6,900 by less than the increase to schools currently getting less than this amount.
