Revise Kindergarten minimum age

To move up from December 1 to September 1 the date by which a child must turn five years old in order to attend kindergarten. Also, to allow the board of a school district or charter school to adopt a policy allowing a child who turned four years old by September 1 to attend kindergarten. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of Senate Bills 324 to 330.
