Ban racial profiling

To amend the Elliott-Larsen civil rights law to conform with the proposed prohibition of racial profiling by law enforcement personnel contained in Senate Bill 41, and to include references to the Persons with Disabilities Act in the civil rights law. Senate Bill 41 defines racial profiling as disparate treatment of an individual on the basis of the racial or ethnic status of the individual.
