Introduced in the Senate

May 25, 2005

Introduced by Sen. Mike Bishop (R-12)

To allow the county road commission in Oakland or Wayne County to transfer jurisdiction of a road from a local unit of government to the road commission if the road had been blocked for more than six months without a compelling reason and/or the blockage provides a significant health, safety, or welfare concern.
