Require certain insurance fraud procedures

To require that an insurance company notify the police or fire department whenever there is a suspicion of insurance fraud. Further, this bill would allow for an insured party to recoup expenses resulting from legal costs incurred while defending against a fraud charge in which the insurance company did not prevail, including reasonable and actual attorney fees and court costs.
