Increase auto insurance coverage mandates

To prohibit an auto insurer from raising rates if anyone challenges the increase unless the state Insurance Commissioner determines the increase is “equitable” after a public hearing. Also, to require auto insurance companies to annually report detailed information on their claims history, total premiums collected, profits and more. Also, to increase the minimum mandated bodily insurance liability requirements in auto policies; prohibit insurers from limiting various health care options of an injured person; mandate that the coverage include various home care options, and more.
