Establish lost senior citizen procedures

To establish procedures that law enforcement agencies would be required to follow in cases of missing senior citizens believed to be incapable of returning home without assistance. This would include provisions for disseminating useful information to radio and television stations and to other agencies, similar to but not as rigorous as the “amber alert” program for missing children believed to be abducted.
