Increase vehicle window tint penalties

To increase the penalty for driving a vehicle with a window tint or film in excess of that allowed by current law, to up to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine (with a $100 minimum fine). In addition, the person would have to get the tint removed and apply for a law enforcement agency’s certification that this had been done.
