Require proof of citizenship or legal status for state ID

To require that the identification documents necessary for obtaining a state identification card to must be sufficient to determine that the person is a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted resident alien, and establish that the identification card expires on the date that a resident alien’s presence in the in the U.S. becomes unlawful.
