Establish vehicle “black box” regulations

To prohibit the use of information obtained from a motor vehicle data event recorder (“black box”) for purposes of providing evidence in a civil lawsuit, unless the vehicle operator waives this provision. This is part of a vehicle “black box” regulation package comprised of Senate Bills 902 to 905.
