Offer basic finance class in high school

To require the Michigan Virtual University to create a high school basic finance course which would teach about the use of consumer credit, mortgages, the effect of credit scores on individuals, and the actual costs of borrowing money. The bill would require school districts to offer the course to high school students for credit.
