Require certain fire death investigations

To require county medical examiners to investigate the cause and manner of the deaths of fire injury victims, and to authorize autopsies on fire injury victims when requested by law enforcement officials, unless the victim’s next of kin tells authorities that doing so would be against the victim’s religious beliefs.
