To proclaim in a non-binding resolution <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/Comment.aspx?ID=16842&ActionID=177901">(text here)</a> that the cut spruce tree erected in front of the Capitol and bedecked with lights and ornaments is not the state "Holiday Tree," but is the state "Christmas tree".
