Authorize "supportive housing" tax break

To authorize a property tax break of 50 percent for housing provided by a nonprofit organization for individuals of low to moderate income (up to 80 percent or the median household income) who are eligible for benefits provided by the public mental health system. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 5833 to 5835 that taken together have this effect.
