To prohibit holding a political demonstration within 500 feet of a funeral or burial service, making any statement or gesture intended to intimidate, threaten, or harass a person involved in a funeral or burial service; or engaging in any other conduct that would disturb, disrupt, or adversely affect a funeral or burial service.
