To require a physician or the physicians assistant performing an abortion to orally tell the woman at least 24 hours before the abortion that a fetus age 20 weeks or more may experience pain, provide her with a written summary developed by the Department of Community Health that documents the medical information supporting this, and inform her about any medical intervention used to mitigate the pain experienced by the fetus during the abortion.
