Introduced in the House

May 18, 2006

Introduced by Rep. John Gleason (D-48)

To require a potential employer, a health care facility, an educational institution, or a financial institution to hire a qualified interpreter for the deaf or blind in any employment, medical, educational or financial situation involving a deaf or blind person.
