To require campaign finance committees to disclose the contact information for a successor treasurer (in addition to the main treasurer); require political party campaign committees to disclose the totals for all contributions, debts, obligations and expenditures; require campaign finance committees to file three finance disclosure reports in non-election years (under current law none are required); and require that candidate payments to an independent contractor who spends the money after a campaign finance disclosure report closing date be reported within 48 hours to the Secretary of State.
