To revise the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-4154">law</a> that allows the use of crib trucks for hauling logs or tubular products to establish that vehicles with permanent steel gusseted bunks do not require cross chains. The bill also makes other minor revisions to the law.
