Authorize arsenic in drinking water grants

To authorize government grants to persons whose source of drinking water exceeds state drinking water arsenic standards. The grants would cover up to 80 percent of the cost of water treatment systems, or of obtaining an alternative source of drinking water. The bill does not specify where the grant money would come from.
