Revise duties of employers of returned military employees

To extend from 15 days to 45 days the amount of time an employee who was on a leave of absence because of active duty military service has to notify the employer that he or she is seeking re-employment under a state law the requires and employer to take the person back with the same seniority and rights that would have accrued but for the military service.
