To require child protective services workers who are notified of a domestic violence incident in a household where children are present (per House Bill 6442) to cross-reference the case with the state's central registry of serious child abuse cases (to which House Bill 6444 would add less serious cases as well.) Inclusion in the central registry triggers more intense investigation and monitoring by the state.
