To authorize a court to include "electronic visitation" provisions in child custody dispute parenting time orders, in addition to regular parenting time (but not instead of it), if a parent requests it, and if it is considered in the best interests of the child. "Electronic visitation" means communication by telephone, e-mail, instant messaging, video conferencing, webcam, or any other electronic communication device.
