Impose reporting requirements on third party political ads

To require the sponsors of written or electronic issue ads that relate to candidates broadcast or mailed in the 60 days before an election to report by Internet within 48 hours how much the ad cost, the name of the sponsor, and the name and address of each person who contributed money for the ad.
