Require drug maker research disclosures

To require annual reports from pharmaceutical makers and distributors that disclose the value, nature, and purpose of any research and development expenditures made by the company. The bill also authorizes of imposition on the companies of fees to pay for the cost of the Department of Community Heath collecting and filing these reports.
