Authorize drug court assessment on alcohol related offenses

To tack on an additional assessment of $10 to the court costs of individuals who have committed an alcohol-related offense, and earmark the money to drug treatment courts. These are defined as a court-supervised treatment programs, and are characterized by integrating drug treatment services with justice system case processing in a non-adversarial approach.
