To establish that the records of the adverse health care event reporting program proposed by House Bill 6683 would be privileged and confidential and not available to the public; not discoverable or admissible in any civil, criminal, or administrative proceeding against a health care professional; and not subject to the Freedom of Information Act. No report or disclosure could contain information identifying a patient, employee, or health care professional.
