To revise the definition of "low-speed vehicle" for purposes of various tax and traffic law purposes, replacing the current definition with one contained in federal rules. This applies to golf carts and other similarly sized small electric vehicles used to make short trips for shopping, social, and recreational purposes, which weigh less than 3,000 lbs. and can go less than 25 mph on level pavement.
