Prohibit election clerk "assistants" from soliciting absentee ballots

Introduced in the Senate

Sept. 14, 2006

Introduced by Sen. Michelle McManus (R-35)

To prohibit an authorized assistant of a city, township, or village clerk from soliciting a registered voter for permission to return an absentee ballot application from the person to the clerk.
