Require home owner/builder disclosures

To revise the seller disclosure statement required of owners selling a residence so as to also require disclosure of whether the structure was built within the last two years by an owner who was not a licensed builder, and if so, whether the owner-builder lived in it at least 120 days after the issuance of an occupancy permit.
