Allow petition to dissolve “tenancy by the entirety”

For to allow a husband or wife whose spouse has abandoned him or her, or failed to pay child support for one year, to petition to have the “tenancy by the entirety” dissolved. This is the form of real estate ownership in which is property is owned by a married couple together. The granting of the petition would leave the abandoned spouse as the sole owner of the property.
