Revise delinquent property tax procedures

To revise certain procedures, deadlines and notice requirements related to those who owe delinquent property taxes, and whose property may therefore be subject to seizure and sale. The bill would require a city to place large notices printed on iridescent paper on the property prior to foreclosure proceedings, require personal visits to occupied properties, and more.
