Impose mobile home park owner regulations

To prohibit the owner of the mobile home park from establishing regulations against tenants erecting a "for sale" sign or other type of sign, including political signs (subject to reasonable rules on size, etc.), establishing regulations against parking a commercial pickup truck on a renter’s lot, threatening a lot renter with unlawful eviction, raising any fee or charge without 30 days notice, and more. Also, a mobile home park owner would be prohibited from harassing, evicting, or retaliating against any park resident who organized an association, and be prohibited from denying the association the use of common areas or meeting space otherwise available to park residents.
